Major Areas of Research Interest:
We do data driven cancer research. Our interest is to investigate underlying molecular events (changes in DNA, RNA and proteome) that occur in cancer cells. We study tumor cohorts by integrated computational analysis of clinical and molecular data from multi-omics projects. Our goal is to translate the data sets into insights that advance understanding of biomarkers/therapeutic targets and response to treatment.
