Research Interests

Sleep disorders, sleep medicine, depression, including an examination of the effectiveness of a new psychotherapy designed for individuals with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression and disturbances in their sleep or daily routine. This project will set the stage for larger studies testing the efficacy of Cognitive Behavioral Social Rhythm Therapy (CBSRT).
