Dr. Marshall has been a member of The University of Arizona Department of Pediatrics since 1983, as a general pediatrician who specializes in high-risk populations. He has special expertise and interest in child abuse issues and other public health issues affecting children.
Recently he was awarded a Community Access To Child Health (CATCH) grant from the American Academy of Pediatrics to study risk factors for childhood accidents and injuries among low-income families.
Attendance at monthly child fatality review meetings. Data review and analysis (death certificates, medical examiner reports, hospital records, law enforcement files, etc.) for presentations and possible publications.
