Major Areas of Research Interest:
My research interests are focused on questions of how the modern lighting environment impacts sleep and circadian rhythms across child development. I utilize measures of behavior and physiology to examine sensitivity to the characteristics and timing of light and its contribution to sleep health and well-being.
