Major Areas of Research Interest: 

Dr Yeager is internationally recognized for his studies of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in adults and children with leukemia and in children with genetic storage diseases or sickle cell anemia.

Other interests include: stem cell transplantation in adults and children with leukemia and in children with genetic storage diseases or sickle cell anemia, allogenic and autologous transplants for blood diseases, blood cancers, and hematologic malignancies.
